The McDonough Museum of Art's current exhibit, "AGENCY: Art and Advertising," features advertisements that endorse art instead of the conventional work and products.
The art, which is dated from the 1960s to present, focuses on advertising media and our commercial culture.
The exhibit extends beyond the McDonough, with billboards featuring pieces of art placed all over the Youngstown metropolitan area. Artists include Yoko Ono, Geoffrey Hendricks, and Marilyn Minter.
"AGENCY: Art and Advertising" will be featured until Nov. 8.
