YSU band items found by Bliss Hall On Aug. 31, an on-duty YSU police officer noticed a toolbox, red coat, and snare drum holder on the sidewalk near Bliss Hall. After taking the objects into his possession, he transported them to the YSU Police Station where they await their owner.
