A judge has sided against the Youngstown State University administration for the fourth time in as many years in a dispute with the staff union, YSU-ACE. The administration has until July 6 to appeal, 30 days past the the decision.

To Danielle Hosey, Barack Obama is another example of America's melting pot.
"He's a little bit of all of us," she said.
Hosey, a junior and black student, is one of many Youngstown State University students who acknowledged the significance of the nomination across party lines, and racial ones.
