The tassels have been symbolically moved, the diplomas are in hand and the parties have begun, but high school graduates across the Valley are celebrating much more than simply the culmination of four years of scholastic study. They are celebrating four years of football games, school musicals, prom dates and pep rallies.

A report called "Turning a Blind Eye: Hazardous Labor in El Salvador's Sugarcane Cultivation" released last Thursday from Human Rights Watch said that Coca-Cola gets sugar from El Salvador from the Central Izalco sugar refining mill, which purchased sugar cane from at least four plantations that use child labor.
