Abstract:
As winter draws to an end, upcoming warmer seasons are moving to the forefront of everybody's minds. For some people, this means shedding the winter weight and getting back in shape for spring and summer.

Checkout lanes filling their shelves with magazines promising celebrity secrets to getting fit and losing weight and the emergence, or re-emergence, of fad diets can lead to confusion for students about what is the best plan for them as they begin a new workout or diet plan....

Most people think if they eat less they will loose weight and if you invest in a healthy diet plan you will learn that this isn't always the case. Sometimes it isn't the quantity of the foods you eat it is the quality or lack there of.
